Delivery

Currently we only ship to the UK, however we are quickly working to expand that! 

UK Shipping Methods

FREE Standard Delivery for orders over £90 (2-3 working days)

£2.99 Standard Delivery (2-3 working days)

£4.99 Next Day Delivery (Order Mon - Thur before 3pm)

Our standard shipping method is 48 hours. We then allow up to 1 additional day for our fulfilment team to process your order and fill your RUKA box - and so our standard delivery time is 2 to 3 days.

Though shipping methods have largely returned to normal, we will continue to monitor the COVID situation and update this section with any new information on delivery standards.

Please note that the delivery standards above exclude Bank Holidays - in these cases please allow extra time to receive your order.

Yes! Your order can be tracked via the Royal Mail using the tracking code on your order confirmation email.

The confirmation email may go into your spam box, if you can't find it please check there!

Your order can be cancelled if you do so before it is shipped. Once it’s shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it but you can still return it.  

Returns

All returns must be requested within 21 days of the purchase date. 

For returns, please email info@rukahair.com with the subject line "Return: [Your Order No. Here]". Please ensure that the hair has not been altered (brushed out, cut, coloured or bleached) as we may not be able to accept the return if so. Place the item securely in its original packaging with your invoice. Once we receive your email we will send you a prepaid returns slip. Please print this out, attach it to your parcel and send back to us via Royal Mail free of charge.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on the company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Please note Sale Items are 'Final Sale' and cannot be returned or refunded.
